What is your brewery capacity?
40 Barrels per brew

What is different about your brewery?
Most Easterly brewery in the UK, Built in an old smoke house

I bought a brewery

What beers do you brew regularly?
Excelsior, Orange Wheat, Trawlerboys, Lurcher, Mahseer IPA, Gone Fishing, Ripper and Baltic Trader

What special/seasonal beers do you brew?
Summer Dream, Ole Cock, Hop Harvest

Where do you think the future of brewing lies?
Bottled beer

Do you bottle/keg/cask your beer?
Cask and bottles

What is you proudest moment in brewing?
Winning Supreme Champion Winter Beer of Great Britain

Do you have any brewing regrets?
Employing my last sales rep.

What is your brewing ambition?
Champion beer of Britain

What was last beer you drank?
Baltic Trader

What is your favourite hop?
Challanger

Do you have a Brewing hero/inspiration?
John Bryan

If you could brew one collaboration beer with someone who would it be with and what would it be?
Already done it : Worthog 13.5% abv from the Green Oak of Jackham Brewery (With John Bryan of Oakham Ales)

Which beer do you wish you had brewed?
Crouch Vale : Brewers Gold

How do you spend your time when you aren’t brewing?
Fishing, Drinking, Shooting and Cooking

If you could have one superhero superpower what would it be?
To see the future

    Tim’s beers are awesome!

    I love the Masheer IPA, and the guy knows one end of a fishing rod from another… always good in my book!

    i had both Ripper and the orange wheat at a festival recently, both were excellent.
