The votes have been counted, re counted and double checked and I am please to announce that the next Twissup is in Newcastle on 12th November 2011. The voting for the host city was quite close with Newcastle 5 votes ahead of Edinburgh and then Norwich a little way behind. The 12th November romped home with 49% [...]

A couple of saturday’s ago my self and @davelozman hopped on the train to Newcastle, to grab some lunch then hit a few pubs, well that was the plan anyway. We livened up the train journey by sharing a bottle of Raison d etre from Dog fish head and then a bottle of chaos theory [...]

Marquee hire

Beer has been one of the oldest drinks we know and comes with so many different tastes and types unlike any other beverage, you can drink a beer with your friends or alone. When you organise a party it is important that you choose the right beers to be served for your guests, as it can set a mood but sometimes when you can go all out you can serve a variety of beers in kegs but it might be handy to have a marquee. There are several companies that specialize in Marquee hire, this sets the mood and everyone can enjoy their glass of beer in a great atmosphere. Bottoms up!

Don’t like beer then why not try some wine
