Getting my head around the world’s strongest “beer” – Sink The Bismarck

Posted on April 1, 2010 by andyMogg in Beer Reviews, BrewDog, Breweries & Pubs 9 Comments

I write this as I am sat here with a rather large bulbous glass that has a rather small amount of  what is currently the world’s strongest “beer”, Sink The Bismarck, from Brewdog. My brother bought the bottle a few weeks ago and it arrived a couple of days ago, he offered to bring some [...]

Scapa Special was part of the selection of beers I got from Highland Brewing Company, It wasn’t a beer I had heard much about but when I started to look into it it was a beer that interested me quite a lot, mainly because of the mix of hops used in brewing it but the [...]

Marquee hire

Beer has been one of the oldest drinks we know and comes with so many different tastes and types unlike any other beverage, you can drink a beer with your friends or alone. When you organise a party it is important that you choose the right beers to be served for your guests, as it can set a mood but sometimes when you can go all out you can serve a variety of beers in kegs but it might be handy to have a marquee. There are several companies that specialize in Marquee hire, this sets the mood and everyone can enjoy their glass of beer in a great atmosphere. Bottoms up!
