Great post, reading David’s blog has really highlighted my interest in having a go at homebrew. Like David getting enough time would be my biggest hurdle, but certainly inspired to have a go.

Beer and Pizza I like it… I really can’t believe brewers like Thornbridge can let such an iconic beer drop in quality, I’ve not tried one for ages but there’s certainly a lot of negativity knocking about. Makes me wonder if it’s just not as good as folk remember as things have overtaken in flavour stakes.

It doesn’t seem to be very well publicised, shame really as it could have been fun…I imagined a big pizza n beer night wtih loads of different pizzas from the local takeaway and loads of different beers….maybe we should do that one day.

Sadly can’t make the Leeds event but hope to plan the first ever (to my knowledge) Stoke #OPENIT

You know, I had this on cask and was pleased, but it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. Then I had a bottle and loved it ! I think it’s great that a brewery like BS are experimenting with this type of stuff – and I’m behind them 100%. It;s a good beer!
